1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (if applicable)
  • Customized or personalized products

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, please contact us.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
